Amie holds certifications in AFAA Group fitness, NASM Group Personal training, AFAA Nutrition, fitness fundamentals, exercise and obesity, ACSM facility standards, sports nutrition, teen fitness, kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, TRX, boot camp, injury prevention, barbell and many more.

As a natural athlete, Amie loves to push herself, both mentally and physically. ""If you think of yourself as an athlete you will train like an athlete and your body and mind will respond and become stronger."" She has competed in nearly a dozen Figure competitions with multiple top finishes at both region and national competitions including Team USA's and a top 10 Natural Olympia finish. She plans to keep competing and sets new goals everyday to live a clean, healthy and active life style."
