6 week custom macro/nutrition - $200

For the client who is confident in their workout plan and only needs help with nutrition!

  • Education on how to track macros and calories for your goals and body type
  • Complete in-depth phone consultation
  • Weekly check in with me Via email or app
  • Daily macro/calorie goals (adjusted as needed)

6 week custom plan - $250

For the client who needs help with both nutrition and training plans.

  • Education on how to track macros and calories for your goals and body type
  • Complete in-depth phone consultation
  • Weekly check in with me Via email or app
  • Daily macro/calorie goals (adjusted as needed)
  • Workout plans (adjusted as needed usually every 4-6 weeks
  • Access to me via email,text or app for questions, guidance or extra support when needed
