As a former professional bodybuilder and multiple national and international top placings,Tyler has more than 15 years of experience in personal training and competition training. He has created and written some of the most successful training programs in the industry including M.A.G. 44 and Pyramid for Success (available only at The Iron House). Tyler loves helping athletes reach their goals, and has now placed more than 20 athletes on the podium in various organizations.

Serving the fitness industry for over 13 years, Amie and has specialized certifications and knowledge in weight training, endurance training, plyometric, core and stability training, group fitness, personal training and nutrition. Amie holds certifications in AFAA Group fitness, NASM Group Personal training, AFAA Nutrition, fitness fundamentals, exercise and obesity, ACSM facility standards, sports nutrition, teen fitness, kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, TRX, boot camp, injury prevention, barbell and many more.

As a natural athlete, Amie loves to push herself, both mentally and physically. "If you think of yourself as an athlete you will train like an athlete and your body and mind will respond and become stronger." She has competed in nearly a dozen Figure competitions with multiple top finishes at both region and national competitions including Team USA's and a top 10 Natural Olympia finish. She plans to keep competing and sets new goals everyday to live a clean, healthy and active life style.




Ashley Bennett

Ashley Bennett

Ashley has been in the fitness industry for nearly a decade. Her love for helping others reach their fitness goals is never ending. She has competed in many half marathons and the Spartan. She is Fittour Certified in personal training, group exercise, bootcamp, youth exercise and basic nutrition.

Some of her current activities include helping the youth as she conditions her daughters soccer team, and promoting an active healthy lifesytles for people 50+ in the Iron House class called I - MOVE. Ashley also works for PARC, where she has implemented exercise such as, Zumba, yoga, and circuit training for adults with disabilities.
